The Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2014 Collection is designed with every man in mind. The luxury label’s style director, Kim Jones traveled extensively across America for his 41 inspirational looks. When you see the collection you will notice: free-spirited hippie, preppy, financial broker, college athlete, and Boy Scout all represented. While this represents a shortened list, the idea is that he wanted to capture every aspect of male stereotypes.
Some of the juxtaposition that I really like is the business suit accessorized with colorful bandanas, and the parkas paired with casual shorts and strategically positioned scout badges. Exquisite leather bags, duffles and backpacks are also well represented in the collection. Plush materials such as silk, crocodile, suede and denim helped add the luxurious Louis Vuitton stamp.
